This is a project based on a continuing assignment in the IDOL courses Academy. This Instructor Led Course comprises of a PowerPoint Presentation, Instructor Guide, and Participant Workbook. There are three course objectives:
Identify the five components of a SMART Goal.
Evaluate the potential effectiveness of a given goal.
Develop a SMART goal for any given scenario.

MGT-467: Sport and Special Event Public Information and Emergency Notification
The National Center for Spectator Sports Safety and Security (NCS4) supports "the sports and entertainment industries through innovative research, training, and outreach programs." As the center's Instructional Design Specialist, I designed and developed various eLearning Courses and Instructor-Led Courses for a variety of organizations, participating in the needs analysis process, collaborating with Subject Matter Experts, structuring learning objectives, and designing and developing course content.

ILT Course Materials
The MGT-467 course (Sport and Special Event Public Information and Emergency Notification) is one of the center's FEMA/DHS ILT courses that underwent recertification during my time at NCS4. Both the certification and the recertification processes are conducted using ADDIE. As the Instructional Designer, I was involved in the full process:
data analysis
preparing the CDD
working with SMEs to build course objectives and content
designing and developing course materials
attending course pilots
revising as necessary
conducting and ensuring Section 508 Accessibility Compliance for all electronic materials
During recertification, the course is restructured as needed, which includes its learning objectives, activities, content, and other material. The course materials include an Instructor Guide, Participant Guide, PowerPoint presentation deck, Course Design Document, videos, and additional relevant learning materials. Small sections of the Participant Guide, Instructor Guide, and presentation slides are included here.
